The Trade Mark Registry has issued a circular to notify the entry into force of the Nice Classification, Eleventh (11th) Edition, Version 2019 on 1 January 2019.

The current Eleventh Edition, Version 2018 of the Nice Classification shall continue to apply to all applications filed from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.

There will be no reclassification of goods and services for applications filed before 1 January 2019.
