We are a small sized SG IP AGENT offering a personalised, very effective and cost efficient trademark and industrial design protection services to our local and overseas clients.

Founded almost two decades ago, we are now comprised of a small but dedicated team of professionals who have long and extensive experience in IP filing and prosecution work.

To keep costs low, we have streamlined our internal and external processes so that your IP application filed with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore is handled in the most efficient but yet reliable manner.  For that reason, we have chosen to remain small over the years so that we can continue to play our role in this constantly evolving IP ecosystem.

We have strived towards delivering to our clients a 2-step application process that consists only of filing the application form and receiving the certificate of registration. For our clients who prefer a “no-frills approach”, this approach and philosophy has been very well received.

In 2024, we launched our subscription based filing service for clients who are overseas IP agents who are looking to set up an office in Singapore to provide SG IP Agent services but wish to keep their operating expenses low. As part of our contribution to the protection of IP, we are also conducting research and development into the recording of artefacts on the blockchain as proof of provenance of IP protected materials. Watch this space for the launch of our new service offering in this area!
